This study aims to determine the safety and efficacy of this extended deltopectoral approach in reverse shoulder arthroplasty. 1) to assess differences in functional outcome following RSA between patients whose anterior deltoid muscle was reflected during surgery and patients whose anterior deltoid was not reflected; and (2) to assess the radiological integrity of the anterior deltoid muscle 12 months post-surgery.
